Email and Gatorlink Support

Sometimes users encounter issues with their Gatorlink or email. DCP IT will attempt to assist, however some issues we do not have access to troubleshoot and it may need to be escalated to UFIT.

DCP IT has limited access to troubleshoot email and Gatorlink support due to both being managed by  the UFIT. The services we offer for emails are as follows:

  • Adding delegate access to mailboxes to other users
  • Troubleshooting email/Outlook issues
  • Disabling DCP Mailboxes for terminated users
  • Modifying distribution lists
  • Adding shared calendar access
  • Granted access to restricted DCP files and folders
