- DCP Faculty Service Award – This award recognizes faculty members for excellent service consistent with the academic mission of the College.
- DCP Undergraduate Faculty Teaching Award – This award recognizes faculty members for their outstanding teaching performance of undergraduate students.
- DCP Graduate Faculty Teaching Award – This award recognizes faculty members for their outstanding teaching performance of doctoral students or terminal degree students.
- DCP Excellence in Mentoring Award (Undergraduate) – This award recognizes and encourages excellence, innovation and effectiveness in undergraduate faculty advising/mentoring at DCP.
- DCP Excellence in Mentoring Award (Graduate) – This award recognizes and encourages excellence, innovation and effectiveness in graduate faculty advising/mentoring at DCP.
- DCP Excellence in Research Award – This award recognizes recent contributions from faculty members to the literature and their field of study and encourages future quality research.
- Interdisciplinary Excellence Award (IDEA) – This award recognizes faculty for their effort in increasing interdisciplinary collaboration and relationships among faculty, staff, students and alumni across the university campus.

Staff Awards

- One DCP Award – This award recognizes a staff member that is engaged in providing and/or advocating an interdisciplinary approach to helping all staff members in the College.
- The DCP Unsung Champion – This award recognizes a dedicated staff member who has undeniably influenced our organization behind the scenes with a positive attitude, initiative, a willingness to help in whatever capacity necessary and a commitment to excellence.
- The DCP Up & Coming Award – This award recognizes the accomplishments of new staff whose early success shows great promise in providing for future leadership and contributions to the College.
- DCP Undergraduate Professional Advisor – This award recognizes a DCP professional advisor that has demonstrated excellence in undergraduate advising
- DCP Staff Member of the Year Award – This award recognizes a staff member that has gone above and beyond for our college, students and coworkers.
- Barbara Cleveland Staff Award – This award recognizes a staff member who is an exemplary employee that has demonstrated excellence during their time at the College.
