Over the summer, Robert J. Ries, Director of the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, was promoted to the rank of Professor at the University of Florida. During his tenure at the college, Ries has long contributed to the Rinker School and to the greater community as a scholar, administrator, educator and advocate for Green Building, sustainable development and life cycle analysis in the built environment.
