DCP Empowering UF Workday Transition
UF is moving from PeopleSoft and other systems to WORKDAY to streamline processes and performance for the best possible user experience. Empowering UF is the multi-year implementation project to introduce Workday’s integrated, best-in-class tools and resources in July 2027. The cloud-based platform offers unified human capital management, financial management and planning solutions.

Recordings are posted on the Empowering UF website (Education & Resources > Workday Demos) and feature workflow walkthroughs, diagrams and terminology.
2. Observe & Note Your Summer Activities
Track your activities and processes, consider how they might be affected by a system change. Make plans now for ways you/we can work together to ease the transition next year.
3. Explore Our Website & Subscribe to the Empowering UF newsletter
Education hosts a wealth of information and resources — and is growing! Updates includes recent news and a subscription button for the newsletter. Outreach lists liaisons for security role and FDM mapping and Change Agents.
