Empowering UF is the multi-year project to modernize operational processes and administrative information systems to support the university’s evolving business needs.
Workday will replace PeopleSoft (myUFL) in July 2027. The cloud-based platform will offer unified human resources, payroll, budget and financial management solutions. This initiative supports the UF Board of Trustees’ One UF vision, and the Empowering UF Project Team is committed to engaging, preparing and guiding faculty and staff throughout the transition.
